SWMSmate works as a ChatGPT skill, or as a Project on any plan. Tell it the job and it drafts a site-specific SWMS for you to check.
You'll need: A ChatGPT account. Your plan decides which option to use: Business, Enterprise and Edu can add the skill. Free, Go, Plus and Pro use a Project.
For Business, Enterprise and Edu plans.
This is the ChatGPT version (it's different from the Claude one). Leave it zipped.
In ChatGPT, open Plugins → Skills. Choose Create → Upload from your computer and pick swmsmate.zip.
ChatGPT scans skills when you upload them. If it shows Needs review, your admin has to approve it.
No Skills in your workspace? Your admin may have turned them off. Use a Project in the meantime.
Start a new chat and say:

To share it with your team, open the skill's ••• menu and share it with people or groups in your workspace.
For any plan, including Free, Go, Plus and Pro.
In the ChatGPT sidebar, choose New project and call it SWMSmate.
Copy the SWMSmate instructions. Then open the project's ••• menu → Project settings, paste them into the instructions box and save.
Download both files, then drag them into the project (or use Add files).
Free accounts allow 5 files per project, so you're well within the limit.

ChatGPT gives you a file called SWMS-DRAFT-<site>-<date>.html to download. If it can't make files in your chat, it pastes the code instead: copy it into a plain text file and save it with a name ending in .html. Then:
